Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SplintAI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may terminate by closing your account and discontinuing use of the Service. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
